What are your hours of operation?

We are open Weekends - Saturday & Sunday from 9:00am to 2:00pm.

Do you provide the location?

No. we provide the service and experience. Floating Trays are delivered to your location & collected upon completion of your booking reservation.

What is the ideal location for the floating brunch?

A private pool, residence, guest home accommodation or vacation rental. Hotels & resorts typically do not allow outside food or amenities. Require pool/rental suggestions? Reach out to us for our preferred partners.

What is the cost of the floating brunch?

Is the food included?

Food & beverages may be ordered from our select menu at a separate cost.

What is included in the packages?

Inclusive of delivery, set-up, styling, décor, plate-ware, cutlery, glasses and collection.

Are there any deposits?

There is a 50% deposit for each booking confirmation.

How long is the floating brunch experience?

The duration is 2 hours, additional time may be booked at an additional cost.

Can I rent a tray only?

Yes, tray is available for rental.

Floating tray usage:

Trays are best utilized in shallow areas of pool while in use. Tray should not be used as a floatation device at any time. Please ensure you and your guests follow all pool safety protocols to facilitate a safe experience, use care & caution while eating & enjoying.

Terms & Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking with Floating Brunch Bermuda, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING A SERVICE. BY CONTINUING, YOU AGREE TO EACH AND ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FORWARD WITH BOOKING. MUST BE 21+ TO BOOK A SERVICE WITH Floating Brunch Bermuda.

2. EQUIPMENT
Floating Brunch Bermuda assumes no liability for injuries or damages that may occur during the time our property (Floating Brunch Trays and accessories) are in your possession. Please note, trays provided cannot be used as flotation devices and cannot support the weight of any adult, child, infant, or pet and cannot prevent drowning. Please make sure your guests are safe in the water and provide certified flotation devices as needed. We recommend trays to be used in shallow water. We encourage all guests (especially non-swimmers to remain in shallow water). Please ensure you and your guests follow all pool safety protocols to facilitate a safe experience.

3. SERVICES
Reservations are based on availability. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation date and time. The 50% deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable. The deposit goes towards your balance. The remaining balance must be made within 72 hours of the date of service (a reminder email will be sent). If final balance is not made, Floating Brunch Bermuda reserves the right to change or cancel the reservation. If the customer cancels before 72 hours, deposit will be transferred to a new reservation. The new reservation must be within 60 days from the date of the original reservation. If the customer cancels within 24 - 48 hours of the reservation, the customer will forfeit the deposit. If the customer needs to reschedule reservation within 24 hours, customer will be subject to a $150 rebooking fee and the rescheduling is dependent on Floating Brunch Bermuda’s availability. If the reservation needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather, customer will receive a refund in full which may take up to 2 business days depending on your local bank and within 7 business days for non-local banks.

4. CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

You, the Customer, agree that Floating Brunch Bermuda is under no obligation to take out nor maintain any insurance policy in relation to our goods or services. Customer shall at their own cost provide all-risk insurance including but not limited to drowning, choking, water accidents, allergies, fire, or additional damages. Please note that your booking is accepted on the understanding that Floating Brunch Bermuda is not to be responsible for any cleaning or damages at your private home, Airbnb Rental, or accommodation upon leaving your setup. You accept all liability for any additional third-party fees incurred. Our company is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or other irregularity which may be caused by or resulting from our services. Customer agrees that Floating Brunch Bermuda’s total liability to the Customer under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer to Floating Brunch Bermuda for the service paid.
